We are so excited to be hosting the South East Regional Tuba Euphonium Conference here at the Hugh Hodgson School of Music and Performing Arts Center at UGA, March 4-6, 2026​

​

Please visit regularly for updates these last 2 weeks before the event!

Registration

All presenters, performers, competitors, and attendees of SERTEC 2026 must be active members of ITEA before registering, and at the time of the conference, March 4-6, 2026. Free "Online Guest" members are not eligible for conference registration without upgrading to a paid membership. 

​

There are several different registration rates depending on one's relationship to the conference. All rates provide full access to all presentations and performances that week:

​

  • $75 - regular conference rate

  • $60 - Invited Presenter/Performer Rate

  • $50 - Student Rate

​

There are some additional contextual fees that may apply to your registration as well:

​

  • $35 - Competitor fee (must be paid for each competition entered)

  • $40 - Collaborative Piano fee (for invited performers needing piano accompanying support)

  • $5-$15 - Parking code (enter with license plate at Kiosk in either PAC Deck or East Campus Deck, $5 per day)

More information about an added parking fee option is forthcoming.

Important Information about parking on campus!

If you are planning to bring a van, or any vehicle exceeding 6'8" in height, contact us a sertecuga2026@gmail.com immediately so arrange on-site parking options! 

​

Vehicles within that height limit will have no issues parking in the provided garages, and can either be paid for hourly, or by purchasing the $5 daily passes with your registration.

Call for Proposals!

We are no longer accepting proposals for SERTEC

​

All other information about the conference is coming soon, including registration information and links. 

​

Submit a proposal if you are interested in joining the conference for your:

  • Recital

  • Lecture/Presentation

  • Panel Discussion

  • Warm-Up Class

  • Collegiate Tuba/Euphonium Ensemble Performance

  • Chamber Music Performance

  • Or something else!

​

Also, please submit a proposal if you are interested in judging competitions.

​

Who should submit a proposal? Anyone who may have something to offer our community of tuba and euphonium students, professionals, and enthusiasts! This includes:

  • All Professional Musicians

  • Lesson Teachers

  • College Professors

  • Freelancers

  • K-12 Educators

  • College Students

  • Amateur Players and/or Hobbyists 

  • Those completing research or writing about the tuba/euphonium

  • ...and many more!
